Computer vision is best approached first recreating OpenCV, and then using it once you know what lies under the hood. Everything important, from Hu moment calculation to Motion History/Motion Energy Images were calculated from scratch.

The Random Forest, K-nearest-neighbor and Euclidean Distance models were mostly taken from pre-existing libraries. Doing too much from scratch defeats the purpose.

The end results was a wonderful analysis on what factors could have resulted in a lower than anticipated accuracy. It looks like running, walking, and jogging were mixed frequently, as were boxing, clapping, and waving.
